3 Wire Surveying LLC is Phil McEntee and Brian Brennan.
Phil McEntee, Jr., PLS is a professional land surveyor, licensed in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Phil has accumulated 24 years of experience in the land surveying and aerial mapping field, including directorial and senior management positions with aerial mapping, heavy construction support surveying, and site/civil design firms operating in NJ, NY and PA.
Brian R. Brennan, CFM has accumulated over 20 years of experience in land surveying, including directorial and project management positions with well established land surveying and aerial mapping firms. His expertise includes boundary analysis and determinations for dispute resolution, and he is a certified floodplain manager (CFM) with extensive experience in FEMA Elevation Certificate preparation.
